Join us for a special dinner celebrating the height of the Scottish game season, bringing together local wild game, produce from the Taybank walled garden and whisky from our neighbours at Dewar’s Aberfeldy.
November is one of our favourite times of year in the restaurant. The nights are drawing in, the fire is lit and the kitchen turns towards the deeper, richer flavours of the season. Game is at its best, while the last of the autumn harvest and hardy winter vegetables are coming through from our walled garden.
Ahead of the dinner, our kitchen team will spend a day on the hill at a local estate, with the day’s shoot helping to shape a special four-course menu that reflects the season and what’s available locally.
Our closest whisky distillery, Dewars Aberfeldy, will also be joining us for the evening, curating fireside cocktails and drams, with whisky woven into the menu along the way.
Tickets are £65 per person and include a welcome cocktail by the fire, followed by a four-course dinner in the atmospheric Taybank Restaurant overlooking the River Tay, and a dram to finish the evening.
Please note that we can accommodate vegetarian and pescatarian diets for this event. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for any other dietary requirements.
