Our serene bedrooms and apartments are individually designed to offer the perfect base for relaxation and exploration of Dunkeld, Birnam, and the surrounding area. Each space is decorated with calming, earthy colours and furnished with unique reclaimed and handmade objects, mid-century furniture, and comfortable beds. Our polished concrete bathrooms feature monsoon showers, beautiful spacious baths, and aromatic toiletries by Laura Thomas Co. All our rooms are also dog-friendly, so your furry companions can join you on your stay.

Enjoy it wherever the mood takes you — tucked up in bed, beside the river, or in our dining room with views across the gardens and the iconic Telford Bridge. Inside, you’ll find buttery croissants from Aran Bakery, homemade granola, creamy yoghurt, Great Glen charcuterie, Scottish cheeses, seasonal jam, and freshly pressed orange juice.
