Join us for a cosy evening in the Taybank dining room with storymaker and chef Clare Coghill, the creative mind behind the award-winning Café Cùil on the Isle of Skye.
Clare will share the stories, people, and places that shaped her first cookbook – a heartfelt collection celebrating Scottish ingredients and seasonal cooking. She’ll talk about her journey from running a tiny café on Skye to representing Scotland’s food culture on the international stage and the inspiration behind bringing her recipes home to the page.
Expect good chat, honest reflections, and plenty of warmth from one of Scotland’s most exciting chefs.
The event is free to attend. Copies of the Café Cùil Cookbook, seasonal drinks and snacks will also be available to purchase on the evening.
