Join us for an evening of ceramics and stories with local Scottish potter Cara Guthrie.
Cara will share insights into her practice and recent projects, including Production — her installation shown during this year’s Edinburgh Art Festival, which explored the often-overlooked labour of care in raising infants.
Beautiful new wood-fired pieces, made with local Birnam clay, will be on display and available to purchase. You’ll also be among the first to see the new Taybank walled garden relief, created especially for our dining room using produce grown by Cara’s partner, Taybank Head Grower Don McRae.
The event is free to attend, with ceramics and seasonal drinks available to purchase.
