We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Taybank. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our restaurant and garden kitchens. You'll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations by assisting with various tasks, including dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, and food prep as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. They are reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Cleaning and sanitising dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Surface and Equipment Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and assist with equipment cleaning

• Waste Management: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling

• Stock Management: Receive, store, and rotate food and kitchen supplies

• Food Preparation Support: Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed

• Service Assistance: Help during service by replenishing supplies and clearing tables

• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
